It is hereby notified that Telea Medical Group s.r.l., in compliance with the provisions of Article 37 of EU Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR), has appointed its own Data Protection Officer (DPO), also referred to as Responsabile della Protezione dei Dati (RPD).

The role has been assigned to Attorney Giovanni Bonato, a professional registered with the Vicenza Bar Association and possessing specific training and expertise in the field of personal data protection.

Attorney Bonato obtained a Master’s Degree in Law from the University of Trento. He also holds the qualifications of Privacy Specialist, Privacy Manager and Data Protection Officer, as well as certification as a Lead Auditor ISO 9001/19001, with specific training in the field of Data Protection.

The Data Protection Officer is responsible for monitoring compliance with the Regulation, providing support to the data controller, and acting as a point of contact for data subjects and for the Supervisory Authority.
